Here's how you can return an item  

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will refund the cost of the item within 21 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all labelling and tags intact. You cannot be refunded if this is not the case.

We cannot process refunds for items that have been returned to us, but do not include a returns form.

We cannot cover the postage cost of returns. We also cannot cover the cost of any loss occurred. We, therefore, recommend using signed for postage.

Exchanges

We do not offer a separate process for exchanges. If you wish to exchange your order for a different size, colour or style, you should return your order for a refund, and place a separate new order, through the website.
